The Paradise Historical Society announces the 11th Annual Car Show in conjunction with the Paradise Main Street Festival Saturday, September 30, 2017 in downtown Paradise.
Discounted pre-registration is currently being accepted at $20. Day-of-Registration for the Car Show is $25. Registration begins at 8:00 AM day of Festival. Judging starts at 10:00 AM; awards are at 12:00 PM. This year we have additional truck and motorcycle classes. Also new this year is original and modified in class. This includes 66 class awards and 8 choice awards.
Goody Bags and Dash Plaques awarded to the first 50 Registered Participants! A FREE t-shirt goes to early registrants. Additional shirts will be sold for $15.00 at the event.

The Annual Paradise Quilt Show is also very popular. This event is held at the United Methodist Church Annex on Oak Street. Quilt owners should deliver their quilts to display on Friday, September 29, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Machine made, hand-made, and antique awards will be chosen by People’s Choice during the Festival on Saturday. New this year will be a Vintage Apron Show, so bring your aprons on Friday, as well.
Also new this year is the Homespun Bazaar. The Bazaar will include items for sale such as aprons, quilts, doilies and other handmade items. All proceeds from the Bazaar will benefit the Paradise Museum.
The Paradise Main Street Festival is hosted each year by the Paradise Historical Society. Other events will include a Washer Tournament, Blue Ribbon Pie/ Preserve/Canning and Pickling Competition, Entertainment by Local Talent, Antique Tractor Show, and lots of Vendor
Booths (Arts & Crafts), a Silent/Live Auction, 50/50 Drawing and Raffles.
